With this Privacy Statement, we would like to clarify what personal data we collect and process through our website, why we process it, and what your rights are in relation to your personal data.

 

Who are we?

Altiplano d.o.o. is a trading company with headquarters in Zagreb, Ulica Antuna Stipančića 8; OIB: 20051813003. Altiplano is a company with over 15 years of experience in the construction and materials industry, with an emphasis on innovative approach and new product development. We deal with business consulting in the field of construction industry, production and distribution of materials, which includes market research, creation of business plans, analysis and improvement of the organization's sales performance, and creation of marketing plans and campaigns.

What personal data do we process?

Altiplano processes your data as a data controller, taking care of the protection and confidentiality of personal data processing. 

1) On the website https://altiplano.hr/ we process your first and last name and e-mail address via our contact form. We process this data exclusively for the purpose of business contact, so that we can respond to your inquiry.

2) Through our web application Conlytica ( https://conlytica.altiplano.hr/ ) we process your e-mail address and password, which we need to open a user account. We can also process your phone number, if you decide to give it to us. The phone number is not mandatory information for using the Conlytica application.

Also, within our Conlytica web application, we process publicly published data found on building and location permits. When the investor is a natural person, we process the name and surname of the investor, the address of the investor and the name and surname of the authorized engineer (if it is a natural person). When the investor is a legal entity, we process the name and surname of the authorized engineer (if it is a natural person) and all the data contained in the text of the construction or location permit: name and surname, address and OIB of the representative of the investor, name and surname of the chief designer, as and all other designers (architecture project, construction project, water supply and sewerage project...).

We do not share your data with third parties or transfer it outside the European Union. We primarily process personal data of responsible persons or representatives of our clients (legal entities) and their employees.

 

Why do we process them? 

1) We process your first and last name and e-mail address that you entered in our contact form based on our legitimate interest, exclusively for the purpose of business contact, so that we can respond to your inquiry. 

2) We process your e-mail address and password, which are necessary for us to open a user account in our web application Conlytica, for the purpose of executing the contract, in order to provide our clients with unhindered access to our web application. 

3) We process the data found on building and location permits, which have been made public, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

 

How did we get your personal data?

We collect personal data directly from the respondent, i.e. from a legal entity in which the respondent is a responsible person, representative or employee. We take the data found on building and location permits from publicly available sources.

How long do we keep your personal data?
1) We keep your first and last name and the e-mail address you entered in our contact form for 6 months from our last contact and then delete them.
2) We keep your e-mail address and password, which are necessary for opening a user account on our web application Conlytica, until the subscription to the application expires and then delete them. 
3) We keep the data found on construction and location permits, which have been published publicly, for up to 2 years after publication and then delete them. These deadlines can be longer if the law, the decision of the competent authorities or the court proceedings oblige us to such action.
Cookies 
Our website https://altiplano.hr/ does not use cookies or similar technologies.
Our web application Conlytica (https://conlytica.altiplano.hr/) uses only necessary cookies:
1) .AspNetCore.Antiforgery: this cookie is used to protect the application by verifying that each request comes from a trusted user and thus helps prevent malicious activity, which ensures a safer interaction with the application;
2) .AspNetCore.Identity.Application: this cookie allows the application to remember the user after login, which avoids the need to constantly enter login information, making it easier and faster to use the application.
We use the Google reCAPTCHA verification system to ensure that access to the website and application is enabled for our users and protected from unwanted and harmful activities (bots, spam attacks, etc.). Your rights and how to exercise them?
We will be happy to answer all your questions about the processing of personal data and provide you with all information about your rights in relation to personal data.
You have the right to receive confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data. If we process them, you can request access to your personal data and information about the purpose of processing, categories of personal data in question as well as possible recipients, and the legal basis for such transfer.
The provision of such information is free of charge, usually electronically in an easily readable and portable format. We reserve the right to charge costs in case of repeated requests, or in case you abuse your rights.
You also have the right to request correction of your personal data, i.e. restriction of personal data processing or their deletion, i.e. transfer to third parties, if applicable.
